Talking to dispatch was great. Very helpful. Even sent a driver by on his way home to check on me before I even called back. He was going the other way so I decided to wait on the next guy. He showed up on time as quoted. Friendly and did a good job. Very happy with my experience today.

Good communication with dispatch lady in Sunday, Nice tow truck with good towing service. but in between there is mistake about the car key missing and find it in the place where we ask for tow, I friendly ask for Dolly fee back because tow truck driver not read the message and lost key in the beginning. I have to spend my time and drive back to find the key, lucky I found it under the car on the floor of the original parking. (car key are expensive $400 and only one I got) for the respect. I only can give you 3 start service review this time.

Mundie's towing did a fantastic job for me today, and Wendy was a big part of that. First, I had a devil of a time finding a company that would tow my vehicle, and several companies said they would come and did not show. Mundie's responded promptly to my request, came when they said they would, called to let me know they were coming, and followed up. And the tow truck driver was professional, helpful, and the price was reasonable. They honestly made my day. I will call them first if I ever need another tow. Special thanks to Wendy who reduced my stress 100%.

Had a flat tire so car needed to be towed to the dealership. Was thinking it was gonna be hours for one to arrive and I was quoted 2-3 hrs on the phone but 20 minutes later one arrived . So theyvwere alot faster than expected plus i didnt need to travel with them. Thier speed also allowed me to stop worrying about getting the car to the dealership before it closed. Fast professional and would highly recommend.

Mercedes-Benz ordered a towing service for me because my car may had a flat tire. The agent told me I had to wait for 3 hours to have my car towed, but Mundie's came so fast that it took less than 40 minutes. A special thanks to the gentleman, Kevin who helped me out and towed my car immediately. Kevin was very helpful and provided excellent customer service! Thank you Kevin!

Arrived faster than I thought based on my experience with other towing companies. From the dispatcher to the drivers the service was excellent. I appreciate a good sense of humour to ease stress. Today, I parked on Kingsway and plugged the meter. I went into my cardiology appointment, and when I returned my vehicle was gone. I realized that I had parked at a time between 3 pm - 6 pm to which there is no stopping. I got there at 2:20 pm. I panicked, as I had never been towed before. I found the Tow company number very easy to locate. (Thank God). I called them and the woman who answered was so friendly. I arrived at their lot, and they were also super nice. I paid the tow bill, she was great at explaining the process for me. I went to my car, 2020 Honda and not a scratch on it !. They took

I called BCAA for roadside service and told me that it would take roughly an hour to an hour and a half. Mundie's Towing showed up in about 20 minutes. The driver was friendly and jumped my battery so I can be on my way. He also gave some tips on how to take good care of the battery. I recommend Mundie's Towing.

I would give it -5 stars if possible. What a JOKE company! I am a homeowner at a condo tower downtown New West and our strata parking lot has the contract with them for vehicle removals, meaning we have to use this joker of a tow company.
Someone was kind enough to park in my secure stall (I was only gone for less than an hour and this happened). Like any Condo buildings if you park in another residents spot you get towed. I forgot to put my visitor's parking pass on the dash so they towed my car. Fair enough. I paid them for stealing my car next day and got it back. While towing, they scratched a door panel against a parkade column. It's a minor but noticeable scratch. I called them and the lady told me to email the manager.
I took some pics and emailed the manager inquiring about their tow-damage policy, or if I should just make a claim like normal procedure. No reply. I emailed 3 more times. About 2 weeks later, I sent one last email giving a heads up to expect a claim. The manager calls me that afternoon

Called Sunday afternoon to book a Monday morning tow to my mechanic's shop. That was quick and easy. Tow truck driver arrived on Monday morning on time. Because my van was broken down in a tight squeeze in my driveway, the driver,Dave, suggested a couple things, always keeping me informed of the charges. Eventually he got the van out & delivered safely to the shop. From start to finish the whole experience was totally painless. Im really glad they sent this particular driver. Many thanks!

I know it sounds odd -but .....
My gf had her car towed here quite awhile back and we were finally going to pick it up.
The people in the office Diane and Rick ( or RP as he is known as ) were super cool and friendly.

When it was our turn they explained because my friend didn't pick it up on Oct 26 she had to pay more, but she was nice enough to
waive one of the fee's so my friend saved a bit of money ( and actually was expecting to pay quite a bit

The people work there are rude and impolite. I had to get back my car and it cost me $125 . I don't think I was parking incorrectly so I asked the staff about why . But she just gave me a very blurry reason. And their driver even broke my car tires and also damaged a big area of my car. And when I told them , they gave me a dismissive tone. So finally I reported all the things to ICBC. They need to pay me back of all my lost.

The drivers at Mundie's are completely disrespectful!
I was being towed by them outside my house and went to run to stop them and failed to properly coordinate my feet and fell down the stairs. So I pass off the keys to my fiance who was right behind me to go move the car.
I guess they were pissed off that they hadn't hooked up the car yet so legally they couldn't charge us and the driver stars yelling at my fiance...what for? There is no reason you should be yelling at people! So you didn't make any money cause we came out right in time, big deal, move on with your day, don

A small towing company along Kingsway with hick staff, a little rough around the edges, but helpful.
