The dispatch service was not able to understand my instructions. The instructions I gave were not followed in any way!! When I called back to reiterate the instructions the dispatch service kept brushing me off and tried to hang up on me. The person towing the car didn’t know what he was doing nor how to hook up my car. The tow truck driver smells absolutely horrible!!

I was locked out of my car after leaving my keys inside. I had tried calling a couple of places all of whom said they are not performing that service at this time. Maple towing saved the day and was on site in under 10 minutes. I would highly recommend as they were so quick to respond very professional and good cost value. He arrived in under 15 minutes even though I live way out of town! I had several companies to choose from but Maple Towing was the first one I picked. I’m so glad I did. I’ve had lots of poor service from other companies in various cities. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Man turned my nightmare into an easy bump in the road. On top of being knowledgeable and speedy, he was a wonderful human being to speak with! I am seriously so happy with the service!

I dont typically post reviews on businesses good or bad. But in this case I felt like I had to. The service was exactly what I needed. The driver (and owner in this case) was very personable and did the job perfectly. He was well presented and I felt comfortable with the whole operation. Pricing was reasonable and they accepted all forms of payment. Quick and easy. Our city needs more of this !! Support the small guys !
