Services
Our Workplace Mediation services provide a prompt, discreet and cost effective remedy to workplace conflicts, disputes and disagreements. It involves neutral facilitation of issues the parties raise where resolution or an agreement on a plan is needed. 8 percent of employees estimate their avoidance costs their organization more than $10,000.
Extrapolated over the full year, lost work time for personal reasons increased from the equivalent of 8.0 days per worker in 2000 to 9.1 days in 2010. On average, each full-time employee lost 9.1 days in 2010 for personal reasons (7.4 for own illness or disability plus 1.7 for personal or family demands).
Family members can have a difficult time communicating to each other about necessary issues. Old communication patterns are hard to break. There may be conflict, tension, or the conversation itself contains sensitive issues and you could be up against defensive reactions. Our facilitators help by guiding the process in such a way that those kinds of conversations can happen with success.
Family Mediation is an alternative process used by persons who wish to discuss sensitive or difficult issues with the guidance of a neutral third party in order to reach agreement. Both parties are usually dissatisfied with the results of a court battle, spend a fortune on the process, and end up with entrenched conflict.
