We start by getting to know you and your home ownership goals. We then determine which options you require and find combinations that allow for the best rates. For example if you don't want to add 20% lump sum payments per year you may be able to get a better rate or save thousands of dollars in interest by taking a mortgage with a higher rate which allows a larger lump sum payment.
Vu began his career in 1997 as a teller with TD. He quickly moved on to become a Financial Service Representative and soon realized his passion for lending. In 2001, he became a Mobile Mortgage Specialist for TD. In 2005 to 2015, he achieved the Paragon of Sales award which is awarded to the top 30 Mortgage Specialists across Canada for 10 years straight.
Born in Hong Kong and raised in Vancouver, Wendy brings over 10 years of banking experience. Before becoming a Mortgage Broker, she has held roles as a Teller, Financial Service Representative, Financial Advisor, and Manager of Financials Services at TD Bank. The most satisfying part of her job is the ability to help her clients achieve their goals by providing robust advice.
Ben comes from over 16 years of customer service experience and has been in mortgage and Commercial lending for 13 of those years. He was also a seasoned Business Advisor with the strong knowledge of complex business structures. He has the knowledge and experience to find the right solutions for the right situation.

This review is long over due. I'm so glad we found Vu! In the Spring, we were in a rush, trying to finalize a transaction with a very tight timeline and we had no idea who to reach out to. Vu came highly recommended by a good family friend, and his team were fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable. They made the process a much less daunting experience and were very patient throughout, answering all our questions (and our many emails). Vu Le helped me to get the mortgage for my townhouse last year. And this year, i want to buy a presale detached house, he helped me to get the second mortgage loan to be able to paydown for the new house. He's professional, well organized. Both transactions went though nicely, i would recommend him for anyone else.
