Was stranded on the island on New Year's and no one was open (including Eastside) but Rob saw the missed call and called me back to find out what the issue was. When he heard of our problems, he got right to work helping us; even on his holiday. He gave us rides, diagnosed the issues, helped source parts we needed, even called around to find a rental car for us. I couldn't recommend him any more, and don't hesitate to give him a call.
