I had initially brought my Audi to the Audi dealership for service and an inspection and they were unable (unwilling?) to diagnose an issue with the turbocharger and also replaced a steering knuckle that they broke (which passed their inspection earlier) and charged me for it while replacing a strut ($1,500+Labour not their fault as they said). As soon as I drove out of the dealership I could hear noise from my front wheel that wasn't there before, again the dealership couldn't find the problem and I brought my car to Progressive Auto Repair.

Great customer service. I recently had my Audi S4 ECU programmed with a APR stage 1. Right from my first call to me leaving their facility with my tuned Audi it was a great pleasure dealing with Progressive Auto Repair.
Shayla was my service adviser, and she was able to answer all my questions and kept me informed on what to expect.
I will be back for sure when I am in the Victoria area. 5 stars all day long!

It was my first time at Progressive; I’d been sent in by another local shop which lacked the necessary equipment, and brought in a 2006 Audi with a badly missing engine for a diagnostic analysis. People here were attentive, knowledgeable, patient and interested. At the end of the day, I had a full, written report and estimate, detailing the areas of concern. Very high degree of professionalism here and clearly these guys are into cars.

I've been taking my audi S5 there for a while now and the service is top notch in all respects. A particular shout out today as they replaced a headlight bulb (a few hundred bucks on this car :() that had failed within a year...Claimed the parts warranty, replaced the bulb, The bill was $0.00 even though they had labour expended and the bulb failure was not their fault. Class act!!

Friendly and professional service. Allen/Mike were awesome and very thorough with the diagnostic. I would have preferred getting updates during the couple days they had my truck for info and costs, not a big deal though! They met me halfway with the unexpected cost. OVERALL - this is a great, professional shop with fair, affordable rates. Definitely will come back and recommend to friends and family!

Will 100% be back for whenever my car needs repairs. Everyone was kind and professional. The most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with a car repair shop, especially as a female, it’s hard to find repair shops that don’t try and trick you into fixing more unnecessary things, or are full of creepy men that make you feel uncomfortable. Progressive was NOT like that at all. So professional, polite and respectful. Thank you again :)

Progressive auto is a fine shop to bring any vehicle too. Aside from them not getting a chance to look at the vehicle I brought in on the day of the booked appointment. sometimes days just don't go as planned. They are very nice to deal with. Be patient, give them the benefit of the doubt. They know what they are doing and do it well. Even if things don't go as you think it should. The techs are good at what they do. So far Ive had no reason to question the bill or work. Honest days pay for an honest days work. Some people still believe in that. Which is rare these days.

I had my Audi A4 serviced here. Very easy to schedule a service online. On arrival my requirements were confirmed and pickup time estimated. The customer service was very professional, personal and friendly. All work on the car was completed to my full expectation and the vehicle is running sweet as a nut. The car was washed and cleaned inside before delivery, as a complementary service. Cost was not exhorbitant and I have no hesitation in recommending them for quality, efficiency, affordability and personal service. Great experience and I will use them again. Thanks Allen.& team.
