Services
Nutrition and Fitness with Hope is managed by Hope Udofe, M. Sc, RD, CDE, PTS, CTI. She is a Registered Dietitian, Nutritionist, Certified Diabetes Educator, Certified Personal Fitness Trainer Specialist, and Certified Tennis Instructor. She equally holds a master's degree in nutrition. Hope Udofe has a passion for dietetics, food and nutrition, fitness training, tennis, and other healthy lifestyle activities.
Losing weight is not as hard if you know what you are doing. A healthy and successful weight loss must include both Nutrition Care and adequate physical activities (exercise) for your age, gender, and body size. Forget the fad-diets. They don't work and they may put you at risk for some health problems.
Diabetes is a disease characterized by hyperglycemia (high blood sugar). It is caused by inefficient or insufficient or no insulin. Insulin is a hormone or chemical in your body responsible in helping your body change sugar into energy. Lifestyle modification including diet and exercise is an essential part of blood sugar/glucose control/management.

Hope has a talent for pushing you out of your comfort zone with realistic expectations. She absolutely changed my lifestyle and views on eating and exercising. I did the three month weight loss program and lost 33lbs. The best part for me was that I never felt hungry!

Hope is a phenomenal nutritionist and trainer. It is not only her competence and knowledge that makes her programming effective but her empathy and motivation which makes clients feel comfortable but also makes clients excited to reach her goals. I can't believe how great my lifestyle and health improved after discussing my body (weight loss & belly fat challenge) with Hope. It's been one month since my journey and I've lost 4.4kg (9.7pounds) , all these while eating right, and being motivated to add exercises.

I am ever grateful for the hard work Hope put in to help me get my health back. My cholesterol is very good now. I used to have lots of pain all over my body, I feel better now.
