Clueless. Thats the word to describe them. Needed a drivers medical, $150! and it was filled out wrong... no apologies, no refund... incompetence on a whole new level.

I had a very pleasant experience with the receptionist and Dr. Sikder yesterday. They were both very polite, honest and helpful. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend this clinic!

Would not recommend Dr. Zaki Sikder. The utter lack of empathy, understanding, and care couldn’t be more obvious. The nurse, who was working reception, stepped in with more helpful suggestions, and knowledge then he seemed to have. Thankful she was there or it would’ve been so much worse for me. I suggest you try anywhere else.

I went to this clinic today. I was waiting for one and half hours to see doctor. This clinic actually walk-in-clinic. There were four people waiting behind me. The indian doctor has treatment them before me !!!! It's horrible and disgusting !!! So I left clinic without see indian doctor...Avoid this clinic !!!

If you value health and safety, AVOID this building.
The reception staff was great. The doctor was a bag of trash.
Condescending, apathetic, and rude. No people skills, seemingly no regard for human compassion.
Dr. Zaki Sikder should not work with people.
No confidence in his medical opinion, as he made no effort to learn anything about me.

The best medical clinic so far.We absolutely love Dr El Mays. We always did walk ins to this clinic because it's the closest, we always ended up with Dr El Mays and were so impressed with his work ethic. He was very detailed, listened to our issues and addressed it properly. We ended up having him as a family doctor for past 5 year's, and no regrets. Our kids love him too,they know him by his name! The front desk staff are amazing and go above and beyond to help you. Would recommend this clinic, especially Dr El Mays to anyone.

The reception staff at the Airdrie clinic are totally incompetent. After recently moving here from BC. They were trying to bill BC but had the province wrong. When told about this they argued and said it doesn't matter. After a few more visits, they stated I had to pay up front to see a Dr. I phoned BC health twice to ensure they were going to pay. I even gave the medical office the address to physically mail the bill to. They didn't do it and proceeded to tell me BC wasn't going to pay. So the I phoned and asked them to mail me the bill here in Airdrie so I could submit the bill

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The Medical Office assistants are amazing and friendly to deal with. I have been very sick the last few months and have felt very unheard by my previous Doctors at other clinics. Dr. El-Mays not only listened but made me feel heard and understood. He was wonderful to deal with and immediately made me feel safe and taken care of. He made sure to leave no stone unturned in order to find out what is causing my illness. I am so grateful for this clinic and their staff. They are true Health Care Professionals and I would recommend Dr. El-Mays to anyone who needs

Giving the office 1 star because a star is required. I've been calling now for a week trying to get through to book an appointment with our family doctor and have not been able to. As of right now I've been on hold for 21 min. Ridiculous! We have to wait for weeks to see our family doctor but they have time to accept walk ins? When you go walk in because you need to see a doctor and your family doctor isn't available they don't take the time to review your file for history and rush you out of there. Horrible customer service by front desk - very rude.

I have been a patient at doctor's plus airdrie for many years. Over the last 3 years I have seen the efficiency of the office deteriorate. All the doctors I have had were great.
e.g. One doctor recommended I see a specialist and indicated he would have the office arrange an appointment. After not hearing after 3 months, I phoned the office and asked what was happening. They looked at my file and said that the request had been overlooked by the office and they acted on it.
I more recently was sent for x-rays and ultra sound for a back problem. After a week I had not heard anything. I phoned

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE NEW LOCATION BESIDE HOME HARDWARE: Wish I could give them -5 Stars! That's how bad this place is!!! In the last 2 years I have had 4 Family doctors! Yes FOUR! They never even notify me that my family doctor has left! I call to make an appointment for my 2 year old or myself and I am told my family doctor has left and I have to see a different doctor for a meet and greet before I can make an appointment for whatever medical issues I'm calling about! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? This has happened 4x now. My daughter also has some heart issues so keeping a regular family

The staff is excellent here, and we absolutely love our family doctor, Dr. Muotoh. We can usually get an appointment for the same day, or we can come in as a walk-in and usually don't have to wait too long. Much quicker and easier than going to urgent care. Clean, professional, and friendly.
