My mother had an appointment booked here for last week. The clinic called her the day before the appointment to change it to "Monday the 27th". By the time she had realized that Tuesday, not Monday was the 27th, the clinic had hung up. Calls and messages to clarify when the booking was supposed to be went unanswered. I took the afternoon of work to bring her to the appointment on Monday, only to be told that her appointment was actually in September, none of which she had been informed of. Her time sensitive appointment was cancelled and delayed for a month for no apparent reason. The communication

I was referred to the clinic by my physician. I had 2 knee replacements in 5 months and was wanting to build on what I could do rather than what I couldn't do. This was January 2020. After going to an introductory class, I had a one on one with a kinesiologist. Subsequently I started going to class twice a week and worked with her on an individualized program. I then registered for another class addressing healthier eating. I was put in the que for 2 additional classes dealing with grief and stress management. Unfortunately Covid interfered with my plans. I always found the front desk to be friendly

Asif to challenge me, he looked it up inte dsm showed me it wasn't there and told me to leave the " diagnosing" to the professionals, then he asked mea total of what soinded

Well I was referred to here by a university of alberta doctor. It took them 1 1/2 months to actually get back to me about when they'd give an appointment, 3 months to actually get my appointment, then at the literal last second they cancelled. They told me "oh we tried to contact you but the line didn't pick up"... Then call me again as I'm in the clinic. The line picks up perfectly fine. Oh not to mention they sent a CONFIRMATION MESSAGE THE DAY BEFORE telling me to proceed as normal. After all that I get a "we'll get back to you in about a month or something". Are you serious. So this clinic

Dr.Talinsky used obscure language and rhetorical questions to compare my life and mental state to some of his past clients who have gone through the holocaust . I was also asked “since you want to be a social worker what would you say to someone in your position” and “if someone from the holocaust was trapped in a oven during a raid what would you say too someone in that position” this was all during a mental health evaluation it was so shocking and confusing I didn’t know what to say. Stay far away from this office if you want a caring mental health team

Went to Mira Health Centre for an appointment that was made several months earlier and after I waited 15 minutes I was told Jason the kenesioligist had called in sick so there would be no appointment. No one apologized. No one took any responsibility. I called later that day to speak with the appointment person, left a message, no one ever called back. Pathetic. Unacceptable. No one cares. Shouldn't be in business. Period.
