Good company to work for. Caregivers get to set the hours they are available to work within company policy. Office atmosphere is great!

If there was an option to give zero stars I would do that. The name caregivers is the most ironic name ever. The owners of this company do not care about anyone or anything except money. As a client I was absolutely appalled at the way they treated me and the Homecare workers who came to my home. Almost every one of them told me the same things. Abusive language and behaviour from the owner and her office cronies. Thatā€™s only the beginning. Some of the practises were definitely not legal so I reported them to Alberta health services twice. I was told that it was hearsay and they needed to hear

Very disorganized. We had arrangements for someone to be here when my husband came home from the hospital. Caregivers arrived at 7:30 and were to wait until EMS arrived since they were being paid to be here 1.25 hrs. EMS arrived while caregivers were here but said they would be back in an hour to help with the care. THEY NEVER CAME BACK. After many phone calls and 3 hours later we still are waiting.

They are the worse company ever. They are always late. If they show up at all. Also they are poorly trained. Most of them have poor English, like there fresh off the boat. I was talking to one of the caregivers and she told me that they booked her for 5 different places at 11am. So they are rushed and donā€™t give the proper time and care. I have complained many times but nothing changes. My wife is upset and crying because the lack of care they give. If you can avoid them do it!!!

Sometimes no Care Giver shows up.
Sometimes 2 Care Givers shows up,
Most of the time Care Givers show up late. Often late by 1 Hr to 1.45 Hrs....
Sometimes Care Givers come with no experience.
Sometimes Care Givers are not aware of the clients needs or equipment.
Had to ask the office several times to drop off the my care plan so the Care Givers will have it in the home.
Some office workers are rude on the telephone.
Sometimes I left a message with the office & they ever called back.
I feel the office could improve with communication within.
Summation ' I would recommend this company'
