Check expiration dates of your prescription before you pay. Pharmacy filled my prescription of pricey medicine in December with product that expires in January. (Tube should last 6 months after opening.) Noticed at home, and when I called to complain, pharmacist didn't care and was argumentative. Finally, the pharmacy manager offered a free tube. Turns out they were still going to bill insurance and were only offering to waive the nominal fee that my second insurance company would have covered anyway. Disappointing.

I wanted to take the time to thank the staff for the excellent service and for always taking the time to explain things like prescriptions and or Vaccines that myself and family have received. Ordered compression stockings two month ago, still did not receive it. First time they ordered wrong size. When we explained them exactly what we needed, they again ordered wrong size. Now they made third order and it's been almost a month since then. When I called they told that they don't know when order will come in.

A pharmacist gave medical advice, completely contrary to the Dr's diagnosis and told a customer that she should be glad she's not dying in Africa "overpopulating the planet". She told the customer that her MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS did not exist, and that what she was experiencing was NORMAL, while telling the customer that her medication for her illness were a luxury she didn't need.

All of the staff go above and beyond for you. They take their time to explain everything to you if needed. The customer service is always going above and beyond for everyone and they always treat you with a smile on their faces and willing to next the next step for you even if it is not asked for. I have used this pharmacy for several years and I still feel and I am treated with trust and understanding. They also will take you to the side and discuss matter in another room to see what you are or aren't comfort with. Huy is the best manager I have seen in a very long time. He always has a smile
