Please limit your visit to 1-2 of your most concerning issues, and book follow-up visits for any remaining concerns. Walk-in visits are to be limited to one problem only. We do not discuss test results over the telephone. It is requested to kindly book an appointment to review your test results. You will be called if the results are abnormal, or the physician would like to discuss your results in more detail.
A Family Physician is the one who addresses all your concerns and illnesses. He/she acts as a confidante who works with you along with many specialists who are required in some special cases. He/she is the primary provider whom you can meet for all your health needs. We have walk-in services as and when they are required.

I love all the doctors here. They are compassionate and helpful. When my doctor is not there these doctors cover for each other snd carefully read our charts to make sure everyone gets the care they need. Dr Mazhar is the best doctor i have ever had. Be patient when your a patient but u dont usually need to wait long. Plus they have good wifi so it is easy to wait

I have nothing but positive things to say about the doctors and the staff at this clinic. They have all been extremely helpful and patient with myself and my family. Dr. Namrata Toor is our family doctor and she is incredibly intelligent, patient and kind. We have also seen Dr. Gurdev Toor who is just as great. Of course sometimes they can be busy, but they are a family clinic and there can be a million reasons why they are backed up. We are very satisfied and will continue to be patient's of this clinic

If I could give negative ratings I would definitely give that..I made an appointment to see Dr as I had somewhat sore throat, she booked me in and when I went there I had to wait for 45 minutes just to see Dr. And after 45 minutes when I told her I need antibiotics for sore throat as normal medication is not helpful she denied and was being rude to me about AHS protocols I tried to convince her that I have took both my vaccine shots and I have proof of negative covid test she was telling me to quarantine. I literally had to fought with her to see Dr. And after all of it Dr took me and give me sick

I wonder if this place even cares how low their rating is? I came in at 7:10pm for a quick walk-in. I was told that they close at 8pm and were no longer taking any walk-ins, only appointments. She didn't even ask what I needed to see a doctor for.
THERE WAS NOT ONE PERSON IN THE WAITNG ROOM. You can't take a walk-in with 45 minutes left in the day and nobody in the waiting room? Ridiculous.

This is to review my family doctor, Dr. Ranbir Gill.
I moved to Calgary with my family from BC. I'm extremely delighted to say that I have no regrets using Apex as my home clinic.
Undoubtedly I would give Dr. Gill a 5 star. Extremely understanding, patient, polite doctor. He has always been great whenever me or any of my family members had any issues. What a fine gentleman. Never ever has he been rude or impatient in listening to any health concerns we had since we are here. Always takes time to address all issues.
I would strongly recommend Dr. Gill to any one, without any doubt.

My family Doctor is Dr Gill from Apex Medical Clinic and I really have a good experience with him I am heart patient and he always take care for my medicine doses , I have a standing order for my weekly blood test and on the basis of result my blood test my doses changes all the time but Do Gill always call me back after he gets my blood test results and ask me how much dose requires. So as per my experience he is doing his best even though my family got Covid Infected in January 2021 that time I think he called me every day till my family was in quarantine . For me he is one the best Doctor there

Walked in with my 9 year old son who was in discomfort due to something being his eye.
I did not have his health card with me as it was with his mother.
She sent me a picture of the health card, so I had it on my phone to show the receptionist.
She refused to let us see a doctor without the actual card present. All she realistically needs is the health card # which I obviously had. Totally pathetic to turn a 9 year kid away. It disgusts me.
Luckily I was able to go to another clinic with zero issues about the health card.
If this is how the receptionist treats people, I would hate to see how

Stay far from this clinic if your in need of any urgent care! I took my 2 year old daughter here tonight who suddenly got a UTI. To ensure that it didn't worsen overnight I rushed her to the clinic. Once I got there the receptionist told me that I was 5 minutes late from the cut off time. After convincing her to to take my daughter she than stated that I need a physical copy of the health card which I had forgotten at home. I told her that I have a picture of the card on my phone since they just require the number itself but she refused to listen and denied services. I was shocked that a walk in

I went with my Mother to see Doctor Sandeep I made booking 2 days ago then they confirmed, went on time we were sitting in the clinic for 1 hr , clients after my Mon was seen first, asked the Reception, she told they have 2 doctors and they see client who come last first. what is use of making appointment. Went to this clinic for the first time and I was treated like a Rabid Dog. Both Dr. Sandeep Manget and her husband Dr. Birinder Manget refused to touch me for assessment. They had zero bed side manners and weren't up to date with current medical practices. Dr Sandeep Manget failed to perform a thorough medical exam on me and pawned me off to her husband whom did the exact same thing. Both physicians were extremely rude and refused to listen or answer any of my questions. I left this clinic feeling worse then I walked in. People mostly come by appointment when they need to discuss any health issues. But when someone is sick or needs immediately assistance than they come walk in. That’s why we have walk in clinic. But it’s my fourth or fifth time experience that when ever we come walk in we need to wait over an hours. No one even noticed that which person need immediate attention. I think it should have to manage it better.

My Mum was complaining of chest and stomach pain. Saw Dr. Gurdev Toor. After a short check up and barely listening to what she had to say in regards to what she was feelinf, he sent her on her way with a prescription for little more than a strong antacid and instructions to avoid spicy food.
Fast forward 24 hours and we're at Peter Lougheed Hospital where they've diagnosed her with a severe pneumonia and possibly gall stones, still waiting on test results and blood work.
I would NEVER recommend this clinic or doctor to anybody. I would have rated zero stars if that was an option.
