If you're a young woman I'd advise taking your business elsewhere.
I was extremely disappointed to learn that Scott had made multiple changes to my mortgage, without my consent, based on conversations held solely with my father. I thought it was unprofessional, and disrespectful. Seemed like a clear case of a man who would rather speak with another man.
I was happy to take my business elsewhere, get it done right the first time, with everything I wanted, and with a better rate than Scott could offer.

I an first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. So i met Scott. He is honest and never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Scott walked through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting what to make an offer for. For over four years I looked at properties and Scott was patient and kind.
