About a year and a half ago, I was falsely charged with a serious crime. I was extremely fortunate to meet with Virginia as she generously accepted my legal aid certificate, something not all lawyers are willing to do. Not only that, but she was willing to travel between Ottawa, Cornwall, and Kingston multiple times to meet with me and attend court in my stead.

My fiance was charged with dangerous driving, assault, assault with a weapon, uttering threats and mischief. All this came about after an altercation between him and his former spouse. We were impressed with Virginia from the get-go. She is a capable and qualified young lawyer with a high level of commitment.
