No one enjoys the humiliation of standing at the side of a road clueless as to the reasoning behind the vehicle malfunction. To make matters worse, the weather and temperature could make standing outside waiting for help an unpleasant addition to your already inconvenient circumstance. With this in mind, R M Towing has the solutions plus the know-how to get you out of such a situation and we know how essential it is to arrive promptly.
As a vehicle nears the end of its life cycle, the internal parts and general wear and tear will start to cause the vehicle terminal damage; the cost of the repair costs more than the actual value of the vehicle itself. Generally, in this situation, many choose to retire the vehicle and move on to another, more reliable one.
In the event of a flip-over or a vehicle ending up in a ditch, our state-of-the-art trucks come with a winch system for vehicle recovery. This system allows us to latch a hook and cable to the vehicle frame and thus allow us to safely and, with as minimal damage as possible, recover your vehicle.
We would recommend against manually tipping or pushing the vehicle back onto its 4 wheels as it may become dislodged and move backward with all its weight causing severe injury.In the event of such an emergency, be sure to call 911 immediately.

I locked the keys in my car around midnight and called in. Great customer service on the phone with a promise of quick response. Truck showed up exactly as promised and service was very quick and through. Driver was professional and courteous. Overall as good as any tow truck interaction could be.

They phoned me back within a minute of missing my call, said he would be there in 15 minutes, he showed up right on cue:) very fair priced, truck was on the flat deck within 5 minutes.
