It's minus 15 outside and i told the owner my furnace is out at 1pm. He said he will be at my house at 530pm. He wasnt running late but he had one customer ahead of me, is it an emergency? I called you at 1pm, no heat, yes its an emergency. Ok give me an hour. 630pm he needs more time. R u serious? Its late and if u cant fix it im screwed. Im not to worry. 7pm hes on his way, 22mins away, oh and its 180! I waited all day for 180?! Why didnt he tell me at 1pm it would be 180? Its not his job. I cancelled. Just made an appointment for someone to come and check out my AC unit. The man told me that he would call me back when he might be able to come to my place. When he called back he quoted me a very high price just to check out the unit - not for repairs or parts.
When I called him out on the price he called me a "b*tch" and yelled at me for "f*cking wasting his time". So he tried to rip me off and then swears/yells at me for calling him out on it.
