With Nu Level home inspections, you get your inspection report the same day. It will include a complete description of the property and it's components and systems, as well as photos taken during the inspection to help illustrate any areas that need attention. It will identify components that are not performing and items that are near the end of their life.

I am a first-time home buyer and I enlisted Nu Level Inspections for my residential inspection. Scheduling my inspection was easy and done online with rapid availability. I received emails which clearly laid out the necessary next steps. The inspector, Jeff, was professional, thorough, efficient, and polite. He gave me a verbal report on the day of the inspection and the full written report was emailed to me within 3 hours of the inspection's completion. Jeff was awesome to work with! He arrived early, and was professional, thorough, and informative. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, and Jeff answered them all with honesty and kindness. I was impressed by the ease and convenience of the online booking system, and how we were able to schedule an inspection with such short notice (and on a Saturday, no less!)

WE had Jeff inspect our apartment we were purchasing. The only fault he found was the bathroom fan not working. Since moving in we found out the kitchen drain was broken allowing water to leak when water was run into the sink. We had a plumber come in and fix it promptly. WE also found out there are issues with the washer and dryer. Nothing in the report about them. Looks like we will be calling in a repair person for these soon. Hope we do not find anything else.

This was my first home inspection but I’m very happy with my report. There are pics pointing out the exact areas that require attention alongside pics of what it ideally should look like. Because of this, I know I can explain exactly what it is I need fixed and how, and even to know if it’s done correctly. I also appreciated the reminders to change batteries, how often to change filters, and when to expect to replace the water heater. As I’m a first time homebuyer, I find that super helpful. I was present during the inspection and Jeff was happy to answer my questions as he worked. Highly

Jeff was very thorough for the inspection of the home we purchased. Showed up on time (if not early) and went through all the systems with a fine tooth comb, very detailed. Explained the issues he found to me at the end of the inspection and showed me a couple of the things he was referring to. Report was in my inbox within 16 hours.
Jeff was also available for questions after I read through the report and explained further how to deal with certain issues.

Jeff was great to work with. He showed up on time, guided us and helped explain everything in layman terms to a first time home owner. Likewise he takes detailed pictures and truly is very thorough. His in-depth report again summed up everything he showed and discussed. He runs in depth tests of all plumbing and lights.
The well written report allowed us to convince the sellers to do all the minor fixes taking away a headache for us go make our move-in much easier.
