I had a thorough inspection done in the afternoon and received the report quickly, at 9 am in the morning next day. Mike was on the site before scheduled time to observe the house from outside, he was very professional, explained everything and suggested ways to act. The pricing was reasonable and the overall experience was very pleasant.

Very thorough, friendly, helpful and professional. Mike happily answered all of my questions as he took me through the house, and clearly explained to me the work needed to be done with the first home and potential drawback associated with every aspect of the home I was going to buy. Very detailed report of the home inspection findings. Mike was very knowledgeable and provided invaluable insights all through the process. Mike was very thorough with the inspection of a 31 year old house.
His booking was for 2 hours and he happily extended it to keep working onto the 3rd hour.
He was respectful and offered to meet up once again for the walk through before the final purchase.

We hired Gary about 4 years ago when we purchased our house and it was mainly his pricing was good(on cheaper side)..
He missed lots of big issues in the house; asbestos on the carpet and linoleum but Gary didn’t even mention anything about it! We found out ourselves (after we purchased the house) and asked Gary to send sample to the lab and there were asbestos..(spent about $500 on the lab and over $15,000 to remove asbestos)
We also spent $25,000 to replace the roof(flat roof) after we purchased the house..
If we knew all this before we purchased the house we could have negotiated on purchasing

Wow, what a great experience and what a great price. My wife and I just bought our first home in the deep south and needed a quick turn around. Mike showed up early on a weekend and took the time to get to know us and our situation before starting. He walked us through almost every room and space in the house carefully detailing what we should look out for. 10/10 highly recommend!

We had a house inspected by Gary and are extremely happy with our choice. Gary and Mike were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure the house was in good order. They were also patient and took the time to show us how to properly operate and maintain the various appliances in the home. Their prices are also more than reasonable. You can't put a price on peace of mind and that's what Gary and his team provided! I will definitely be recommending Gary to all of my friends who buy homes in the future.

Gary was knowledgeable and friendly on the phone. He knew exactly how to work with first time home buyers and really cared about us knowing every detail about the home we were looking to purchase. Gary did our home inspection and gave us tips, explained in detail all of what he was doing and why, and even offered support after our inspection was done.
