I received the full detailed report from Terra the inspector. I can say she was extremely thorough, very keen to every small issue in regards to home inspection. It will help my realtor to negotiate with the seller to do some repair before we close the deal.

Terra was very knowledgeable and very helpful during the home inspection she did for me - my Realtor recommended her because he's had really good feedback from all his clients, and I can agree with his recommendation. She was very willing to answer any and all of my questions, both about potential issues, but also the process of home inspection itself. By the end of the inspection I was very confident that I had a good survey of both potential future issues, but also what had been well taken care of in the home, that the sellers had done a good job of maintaining. I used Accurate Inspection and I am pretty happy how it went! Super knowledgeable, very nice, gave me lots of explanations, tips to maintain the house, and also how to do my own repairs. I also appreciated that she tested for the Radon, which sounds to be something to be cautious about especially in Alberta.
They do see things we won't pay attention to, so I definitely recommend giving them a call!

I have now had two home inspections completed by Terra and she did an excellent job both times. She was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. She took her time and was very patient with all our questions and gave us a great run down of the place reviewing every detail with a keen eye. Pointing out all kinds of things that I thought I should have noticed, but definitely didnt. She also provided a level of reassurance in some issues that might have seen a bit more problematic then they were and she was very realistic in her approach. Terra did two house inspections for us, and I can't say how much I appreciate her expertise. She was honest and professional. Terra was exceptionally great to work with. From first contact to booking and payment it was smooth and well explained. For the actual inspection, everything was explained upfront and during, which we were invited to attend. A completely different experience than previous ones I've had done, but in a very good way.
The final report is detailed and complete! it also contained for us certain warranty's and recommendations etc. which was a nice bonus.
