Jim was very thorough with his home inspection. He found issues that would have cost more down the line if it wasn’t fixed. The report came the same day as the inspection which was even more impressive! It was very detailed and easy to read through. Jim will take the time to explain how things work which is great for a first time home owner. Plus he is very well priced. Jim was knowledgeable and professional. I really appreciated that I was allowed to accompany him on the inspection. He explained in detail the positives and negatives of the house I was interested in. I was also given a detailed inspection report which outlined what we talked about onsite. In the end I felt comfortable that I could make an informed decision.
