Decided to give them another chance after 2 years. Now I remember why I stopped ordering from them. They forgot part of my order and when I called back to let them know, they put me on hold for 7 minutes and the man who came back on asked me again what the issue was, I told him and he hung up on me. The food was tasteless and burnt.

😡I had food at home but wanted to support a local business because of COVID-19. The Owner is very rude to customers. (Today - July 21, 2020 at 8:56pm) The guy over the phone thought I was only ordering fries and became belligerent when I asked about prices/sizes available before abruptly hanging up the phone. I called back immediately to find out… what happened because I was going to order pizza & fries. A lady answered the phone and told me he thought I was only ordering fries that's why he hanged up. Shocked! I guess $4.50 is too low. Actually, I was planning on ordering pizza

Don’t waste your money. I use to order from the one at Wexford and it was fulfilling so I decided to order fro this one since I no longer live near Wexford. Pizza was delivered late, not even cut properly, looked burn, flour all over, the delivery guy had no manners- was just interested in getting the money and leaving. I said thank you as he handed me the pizza and he just turned his back and left. If you do however decide to order from one. The staff at Wexford are friendly and welcoming and their pizzas are good there.

LToday I asked my 12 year old to buy her brother a pizza while I waited in the car. She walked into pizza depo on Yonge street in Barrie and asked for a square slice of pepperoni pizza. The lady there is ok and charges my daughter 21.50. My daughter paid for it but didn’t realize how much she was charged. When the lady said it should be about 20… min my daughter knew there was something wrong. She came into the car and showed me the receipt and said mom this is right. I said yeah go back in and tell them that they charged you for a whole pizza and the you only want a slice. She went
