Nicole and Michelle are the most horrible people I’ve ever had the misfortune of working with. The stood me up TWICE despite having booked a showing and each time they were too rude and arrogant to apologize for the inconvenience they had caused. They don’t belong to a customer-facing industry such as real estate and I hope clients show them what they deserve which is their back! Stay away from PMT !
