We are buyers from interstate and from the minute I made contact with Taylor his customer service, communication and follow up were exceptional. He undertook several inspections with our family as we were not able to travel to Canberra and arranged a measure and installation of blinds on our behalf -nothing was ever a problem. I would have no hesitation in recommending Taylor to assist with selling or buying a property.

Obi was really very pleasant to deal with throughout this buying experience. He managed to make me feel like he was on my team even though he never stopped being utterly professional and clearly was representing his client, the seller. He was never vague or tardy in his communication. He knew a lot but promptly investigated the questions he couldn’t answer, rather than bluff as some others in his profession might have done. On top of it, he’s a very pleasant and positive fellow.
When it comes time to sell our house, I’ll definitely be looking into
