Great professional services by Buttonwood, will recommend it to everyone. Serviced by Rebecca, Aniko and Sabine, who are very attentative, responsive, and all very helpful.
Also compared to other services, great value for money as well.
If I have to pick bone from the egg, I would say the speed of finding tenant and somewhat high cost of some maintenance and repair worker companies, can be improved.
Overall highly highly recommend to everyone.

I was terrified because I was going to have to find tenants for my first investment property during a pandemic. The Buttonwood team were amazing in being reassuring and answering all my questions. They found amazing tenants and not only could I tell they had my best interests in mind but I also felt that the tenants would be well taken care of as well. Happy tenants, happy landlord what more could you ask for! I definitely would recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Buttonwood Property Management is a great company to work with exceeding our expectations when managing our residential rental property. Sabine is very responsive and has a team of good people.
I've only had experience with their service in selling and buying properties. But I hear Buttonwood's expertise specializes in residential property management, which I will have to try next time. It would be nice not having to deal with tenant related headaches.

When the pandemic started, they were excellent advisors on how to handle rental payment concerns that was fair for our tenants & allowed us to rest easy as landlords that we could still make our mortgage payments.

As soon as we started working with Buttonwood Property Management our issues with the tenant got quickly resolved at root cause. After that our relationship progressed to an advisory role.
