I save your old vinyl records from going to landfill and upcycle them into unique wearable art. I design and make, by hand, each and every piece, from my home studio in the beautiful south west of Ireland. Since 2010, my designs have traveled all over this wild world. Most of the records I use are unwanted and come from donations or charity shops.
I've cut up many many Top Of The Pops and James Last and his Orchestra but wouldn't dare touching a Led Zeppelin of The Rolling Stones. I wrote a blog post about it here if you are interested in how this groovy journey all started. To sum it up in a few words, the idea came after visiting a recycling center while on an epic solo road trip in New Zealand in 2009-2010.
