This store never disappoints! I have been coming here for almost 15 years and is always welcomed with a friendly approach and amazing customer service. I enjoy the fact that I never feel pushed into buying something (like many companies) and that they are always willing to help with ideas. I recently purchased a name necklace for my daughter and one of the girls named Jessica, was wonderful in helping me decide on what carat gold I should do and assured me that it would come in time with no hassles. My daughter is in love with it and has been wearing it daily. I will be back soon to be ordering

The staff here have no attention to detail and do not care about their customers.
Brought a watch in for a crystal replacement.
Took 2 months to get it back, and there's a giant scratch in the side of the watch casing that wasn't there before. I can't understand how they didn't notice it, and they would've let me walk out with it in that condition. They just shrug it off and say they'll fix it again.
So they fix that (buff it out), I go back in to pick it up, and there's a very noticeable large spec of dirt/dust under the watch crystal. Again, how do they not notice these things??? They blame

Came here to purchase a Tissot watch and now found my go to jewellery store. The staff was very helpful and was able to order me exactly what I was looking for. The service was amazing, they helped me pick the perfect gift for my husband. Also, the girl offered to clean my ring for free and it sparkles beautifully.

This store is amazing.. I love all the ladies that work there.. they take care of me and they help me maintain my watch collection... love this place and the staff.. very helpful and very cheerful and super friendly... I bought 2 of the watches in these photo... (the blue dial ones) this was taken before I made the purchase. they give me huge discounts.. and I walked away out from the store with a huge smile in my face! 😆

My visit at Radiant was wonderful. My boyfriend and I, have visited numerous jewellery stores in search of the perfect ring. The customer service I received from Jessica was exceptional. She was able to address every question and concern and was able to give me plenty of ideas. I never felt pressured to make a purchase, which I found very refreshing coming from a jewellery store. Highly recommend for anyone in search of a friendly staff and some great custom work.
