A: We can typically begin management within 24-48 hours after you have completed execution of our property management agreement. A: Ground Floor specialises in the multi-family sector but also manages single family, commercial and Condo's. A: Ground Floor provides all of our clients access to our online web portal that gives them 24/7 access to all of their financial reports.
A: Damage deposits will be returned to the tenants should the unit be given back in the exact same condition for which it was given. A move in and move out inspection will be done in order to document the conditions of the unit. Should there be any dispute on the deposit, the NB Rentalsman will act as the mediator.
