I ended up having to rent my house after my husband passed away, David and Daniel were quick to come by and get pictures to post an add online. They found some amazing tenants! If an issue would come up, David would call to advise what needed to be done and to get confirmation on the work, once approved, he got the work done ASAP! My tenants are very happy and so am I!!!

We have rented a property that Daniel and David at Top Flight have managed for two years now. As former home owners, we we had not rented in over 20 yrs coming to Dartmouth from Fredericton. They have been amazing for us. Having someone fix a faulty garage door, replace old and done dishwasher and washing machine, plus when roof shingles starting hitting the street after a couple of storms, they contacted the owner and the roof was replaced ASAP. Can't say enough about how responsive and attentive they have been to our reaching out to them when we needed something. They have relayed our fears of

Disappointing and difficult to communicate with. Did not respond to emails. Didn't have time to talk on the phone. Be careful when renting from this company.

I have lived in one of their properties for two years and have been an excellent tenant. I had no issues with this company, until my previous roommates moved out, and we found new tenants to take over the lease and were all denied on little notice, quite unfairly, after trying to get in touch and waiting to hear back. All of their responses leading up were unpleasant. unhelpful, blameful and aggressive. One of our applicants had a conversation recently where they were told that we had to settle a few things with our applications by a certain date, whereby we did and then waited to hear back from

I rented a property managed by this company, and had an extremely bad experience. When we contacted them for anything, it took weeks to get a response, and when they did reply it was with threats and defensiveness. When we finally moved out because of how poorly we were treated, they lied about the state of the unit we moved out of, and kept our damage deposit. We tried to fight them on it but after realizing how much it would cost us to fight them in court, we gave up. Additionally, they lied about us to our landlord, who then wouldn't communicate with us directly at all.

Top Flight has been very good for us as property owners. When there are issues they are dealt with quickly. I see there are either 5 star or 1 star ratings. All landlords know the 1 star reviewers are problem tenants trying to get back at someone. Top Flight makes sure the rules set out in the lease are followed.

Aggressive and frustrating to deal with. When applying to live at one of their properties, communication was sparse, and they notified us that our application was due the DAY OF. We lined up sub letters and had tenants for the fall, but Top Flight did not even ATTEMPT to help us with our application, instead choosing to rant about poor reviews from completely unrelated previous tenants and deny our application as it lacked 4 tenants for the month of September (Despite us saying we had people for September as well). It didn't stop them from taking my rent that I paid to sublet for the month of August

Don't believe posts stating that the 5-star reviews are legit and 1-star reviews are from poor tenants looking to exact revenge. Based on experience, this is the other way around; most of the 5-star reviews are likely falsified to inflate Top Flight's overall review score.
Try to contact Top Flight regarding just about anything after signing a lease with them and you'll understand exactly what I mean.

Top flight has been absolutely terrible to deal with. They have consistently been rude, aggressive, and once subtly threatened us over the phone. We have had to wait weeks for replies from them regarding issues with the building. We loved the property we were staying in, but we left because dealing with Top Flight was so offensive.
