Services
The Strata Council, formed by strata lot owners, sets operational policies and procedures to deal with common property and to help maintain balance and harmony within your community. Southview provides additional specialized services when dealing with common property issues which are not generally available within your Strata Corporation's scope.
Southview professionally manages a range of commercial and industrial properties throughout the lower mainland of British Columbia including a large working farm. We currently handle five commercial strata communities and a large portfolio of investor owned properties. Each commercial property receives hands on attention from the property manager including regular site visitations and complete monthly financial statements.
Real estate is not a commodity to gamble with when considering investment opportunities. A longstanding local property management company specializing in a particular area can view a property and easily assess the value of a property to an investor. Southview knows the real estate business, the community, and uses tried and true procedures to find the investor a high calibre of tenants to maximize revenue and minimize rental vacancies.

Edward Jang is the most useless human being I’ve ever encountered. He is completely incompetent and should resign ASAP. He doesn’t return emails or calls for weeks on end and then lies to you to get you off his back. He should not have a job as a property manager whatsoever. He is unprofessional and seems to be very uneducated. If you have him as your property manager, i wish you the best of luck as he is completely USELESS and will not help you whatsoever.

One star is too generous for this useless property management company. I wish I could give negative stars, honestly. They move at the speed of a slug in mud.

If you have Edward Jang/south view as your property management, you will be ignored constantly and brushed off.
I have no idea how they are still in business, all the negative reviews are 100% accurate and perfectly describe what it is like dealing with them.

What's up with Edward Jang? If you want anything done, you need to call every day, email every day, and if he says he does something, follow up every day, email every day... I do not recommend investing in this company... I'm unclear of what their work load is, or why they are so unresponsive, but something is amiss.

A very unprofessional property management company. One of their top executives 'Arthur' threatened to hang-up on me over a conversation related to a property that his company has been hired to manage!
I don't think I have ever given a one star review. I take it very seriously, but honestly these guys shouldn't be in the service business.

Quite disappointed with their strata agentSSS. It almost feels like they hire strata agents that don’t want to do anything.
They don’t like to call back, only emails.
It took me 3 months to get a fob. If I had not followed up, I wouldn’t have known that they’ve been ignoring me cause I didn’t fill in the sheets correctly, even though I asked for a confirmation if it was correctly filled or not.
However, reading the other reviews, doesn’t seem like they really care. Life goes on.
Because of this, if I encounter a property that is managed by them, it will likely stop me from purchasing

The most useless management company i every talked in my life. i am asking phone number who install or construction company who they hired and install the patio door for the whole town house unit. So, I can find a part to fix it my own. they don't know and did not have record for it 2 or 3 years ago. i don't even give a 1 star at all. did not deserve it.

TO ALL WHO HAVE ISSUES WITH THEIR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES. After several months of unanswered voicemails and emails I left a complaint with the BBB. And what do you know, I received a call
from Southview Property Management within less than a week. If you're having issues with your property management company file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, they keep them in check. Seems like google and yelp have no affect on their business.

Southview Property Management is looking after our building for the last 10 years or more and we are always happy with their services. Since I remember, every time I contacted to Kevin Green or emailed him in regards to any issues or problem "he was right away on it." Everyone should understand if you have a bad experience with any contractor or subcontractor has nothing to do with "Property Management" all you have to do, you should report to Property Management or your Strata Councillor to rectify the issues. I would highly recommend to friends Southview Property Management.
