Terrible services. Eric Chung is so terrible. Never does his job. Very rude to other people. Very VERY lazy, i am surprised he is still working there. He is so rude to people, not helpful at all, does not care about any tenants, always pushing his jobs to someone else. ERIC CHUNG SHOULD NOT WORK THERE. SUCH A SHAME.

If I were able to give Citybase Management ZERO STARS I absolutely would. They are highly unresponsive and unprofessional in their practice when dealing with paying clients.

When there is a problem in the strata they only have a automated telephone service to take calls. As well, when someone finally picks up your call they will sound like they are either a highly uninformed assistant or a call centre all together.

With that being said, they have highly unprofessional practices and do not inform homeowners of how their budget is being spent and is highly accommodating.

Victor and his team are managing our 15 storey condo building comprising 98 units. We are very satisfied with their professional services. For example, their accounting department is very efficient. They are very prompt in paying the bills, issuing monthly financial statements, and dealing with all Inquiries from our council and residents. Victor and the Property Managers are very quick to respond to our phone calls, text messages and emails. As a result, they are very effective in resolving maintenance and management issues. Our council members are pleased that we hired Victor's company

I am currently working with Citybase and I like their company. They have a good group of guys working there and everyone is dedicated to their sites. Professional service, great team mentality and they take good care of their buildings. Good value!

Aweful service, especially the receptionist who is young and hasn't either grown into the role or understands the concept of dealing with the public. She was very deer in headlights and not in a good way. Surely they could hire someone with a little more experience and self/professional awareness. I was very frustrated. I didn't mean to take it out on the receptionist and I did apologize to her, however, this falls on the company and who they hire. You pay someone $10.25, that is what you get. This is very bad to have someone very incompetent considering their clients. I needed a xerox
