Our commercial portfolio is comprised of office, retail and industrial properties and our service area not only covers from Vancouver to Abbotsford but also goes as far as Suburban or Calgary. I did not have a good experience with them. I would not rent from any properties managed by them unless you are comfortable with paying random fees and not getting security deposit back for no reason. I don’t have time to dispute this stuff but figured I should leave a review for you don’t get burned.

Noble took great care of my family and they did everything by the book. any issues were dealt with promptly and effectively.
Don our property manager was a specially great with people and always a friendly person to deal with and was always available to help out with anything that was needed.

This company is trash and does nothing for their rentals act like they care to get you to shut up then do nothing to fix anything. Keep tenants who are dirty and like to threaten young woman. Trash place to rent from as they have no respect for long term tenants and have no interest in keeping their word or rentals up to par.

I certainly applaud agent Donald for his personable and professional manner, but I most definitely cannot say the same for the administrative staff. I had provided full disclosure that I had a pet, at the time I expressed interest in the suite. They wasted my time and energy both scheduling and attending the viewing, and only after rejected my application based on my cat. The administrative staff need to READ people's disclosure.

I had a really great experience with Donald on my virtual tour. He was extremely friendly, well spoken, and professional. I've had quite a few brash run ins during showings with different agents but Donald was a delight to work with. Very impressed ! I also really appreciated the number of different floor plans and the virtual tour option. Overall a great experience !

We rented from Noble Homes for 2 years. The apartment was in Yaletown and the we extremely responsive and professional throughout the entire tenancy. I kept expecting them to be difficult but right up until the end of the move-out, inspection and deposit return they were very pleasant to deal with. I would have no problem renting from them again in the future.

I am currently renting one of the properties they manage for the past few months. Due to covid all our lease paperwork was all done digitally which was a little strange but I guess this is the new norm. They actioned all our paperwork very quickly.
We needed to have a few repairs that needed to get done after we moved in, which they addressed very promptly.
I originally read reviews that were not so good about them. I have yet to have a bad experience with them. They are very professional and responsive to any of my concerns. I would definitely recommend renting from them.

This company is very shady and I would not trust renting any property managed by them. My sister and her roommate applied for an apartment that was originally listed at $2100 per month. They are university students on a budget and thought they had found a nice place to spend their last years at university. After filling out the tenant application,… providing references, bank statements, viewing the property, and being approved and accepted, Noble agents then tried to get them to sign the lease for $600 more than the unit was advertised for, blaming the "mistake" on an "error" and the property

Liars and scammers. I came in contact with these guys regarding a rental property as a prospective tenant. They were asking 2800 and I offered 2500, all of a sudden they remembered that the tenant is to pay 100 per month water tax. Then they told me a number of times that I should give formal notice to my landlord, although they hadn't confirmed that we had an agreement. They even suggested if this does not work out you still have 30 days to find another one. Pushy and non transparent. Then I checked their reviews online and most of the tenants are unhappy with them. Noble Properties added a completely unexpected level of stress to living in our previous apartment. They have a very harsh approach and are unfamiliar with standard RTB practices.Their inconsistent and disorganized responses to repair requests, questions, our move in, and move out caused so much confusion that I would caution against moving into any home that is managed by Noble Properties. As soon as we were approved for a new home a weight was lifted knowing that we no longer have to be in touch with this unprofessional company.

Bottom Line: use Noble PM if you want personal and professional care to your property.
We rented our home out for a year now and this is the 3rd company we have used. It is hard to find a company you can trust. It's like finding a good mechanic!
Previous companies just did the bare minimum and had lack of communication and had staff that didn't communicate with their own team members.
After searching for another several months we finally came across Noble and they are on point.

Avoid Noble at all cost.
As a landlord, Noble is terrible at vetting potential tenants and does not communicate to us clearly. The company also does not inform us nor do they try to alleviate tenant's concerns regarding problems in the unit, ultimately leading to tenant terminating the lease early.
We decided to not work with Noble after our terrible experience with how they handle our property and how they communicate to us.
Very disappointed, they do not provide good customer service.

I've been leasing a condo via Noble & Associates for a year and a half now. They have been fine. A few minor hiccups but not things generally under their control.
The negative review by Sarah W. is misinformed. What she talks about with regards to the lease agreement is true. The specific points she mentions are all accurate - they were in my lease agreement. But she is taking them totally the wrong way.
Minor repairs and maintenance on appliances is to prevent the landlord from having to pay an electrician $200 to come and replace a lightbulb in a fridge. The garburator is excluded

Noble & Associates Realty Ltd is a shady property management company in Vancouver. Renters - BEWARE and Owners that are considering this company should proceed with caution.
After trying to lease a condominium with this agency, they require you to use their own lease agreements and will not use or attach the BC residential tenancy agreement. They refused.
