We dealt with Parkside while living at a Rembrandt Home in North London. One thing is obvious that everyone from the Maintenance Supervisor to the back office support are extremely good at giving you attitude. Some people are outright offensive and talk as if they are doing you a favour. I also had a difficult time dealing with Enercare and requested Parkside to communicate in parallel with Enercare and help resolve the matter, to which I was told 'I do not work for Enercare'.
Poor customer focus...I will avoid them as far as possible!
