The clothing selection for men is amazing. The clothing selection for women is very very limited.
Personally, I absolutely love this store for the clothing ONLY.
All my bf wears is Hugo, Versace, and ax but even tho he has been in there a million times spending min $1500-2g they still treat you so poorly. It's like everyone who walks in can't afford this place so they have to watch you. Terrible, rude family owns this store, I worked at the sister store with the same owner and the owner laid me off with no notice right after Christmas (first week of January, I couldn’t afford my rent) and went on vacation right before he sent an email to lay me off. He’s made me and my co workers cry, and his daughters are rude and disrespectful, one of whom works at Opulence and was rude every time she came into our store. Also, if you feel like you’re being watched, you are. The workers are all trained to stay within 3-5 metres of the customers “to help” but it’s really to make sure

Me and my husband were followed around the store relentlessly. When we went up to the front to pay we asked to speak to the manager about it. The manager insisted they go and ask all the customers if they need help which is understandable but when we have to tell you 3 times no we don't need any help it starts feeling just a little bit like a harassing experience. I have been shopping at Opulence for many years and their customer service is top notch. I once left an item in their store and they managed to figure out it was mine from my receipt and called me to tell me it was there. Anyone else could have just as easliy left it but they took the extra care to get my items to me. Small thing but so appreciated! They have a great selection and great prices and it's so nice to see the same staff there as time goes on, this shows that the owner really cares to treat his staff well likes to keep good people. I'm a customer for life!
