Each piece is then stamped with the Foxy signature to authenticate the designs. The Groovestone receipt stating that "all sales are final due to COVID-19" is against our Charter of Consumer Rights section 6 (redress). Horrible customer service. Please read before you purchase anything from this store.
I purchased a Mat and Nat bag from this store about 5 months ago. Unfortunately, the product turned out to be defective; the strap has broken and the material next to the closure has started to rip. Yesterday, I went in to the store and explained the situation, noting that the bag is only 5 months old so it really shouldn't be breaking apart like this. I did not have a receipt (I didn't keep it as I had intended on keeping the purse), so one of the sales ladies told me that I needed to prove that I purchased the

Really nice employees! I bought a bag from here and the two women working were attentive without being pushy and guided me to an excellent purchase. They spoke from personal experience with the brand, and also knew product specifications and bestsellers. Definitely very helpful. I wish I had gotten their names because they were awesome! They were working today, April 24 at 2:30 and they both appeared to be in their early twenties.

This is a very unique store within southgate mall! They carry product like no other, to satisfy all tastes. The store is always cleaned, with great product levels which are nicely faced and easy to find the price.
The staff is usually very casual professional, the only reason this store is not five star worthy is due to a disturbing loud conversation two of the staff members had in which they were complaining about how their manager advises them to not drink water during their shift as they are not allowed washroom breaks! This is extremely alarming as of course this is a health and safety violation

I generally don't make too many trips to Southgate as I find the massive amount of high end brand name and therefore ridiculously overpriced stores to be tiresome but I made my first visit to Groovestone last weekend and was pleasantly surprised.
The accessory selection is both beautiful as well as unique and you feel like your purchasing something special versus something that was mass produced at say a Claire's store. I also felt the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the products they offer.

I can't believe it's taken me so long to review Groove Stone! This is by far my favourite store in Edmonton. There honestly isn't anything that they sell that I wouldn't gladly wear. I honestly make trips to Southgate just to go to Groove Stone. I love that a local business like this is able to make it in a commercially saturated mall. It's so refreshing to see such a unique place here.

I have to say, it's really hard to find a place that has decent service, where the sales people are not being overly pushy, yet not completely ignoring you either. The girls at Groovestone have really found a good balance and for that alone they deserve an excellent rating.
They have a vast selection of unique costume jewelry pieces that I can spend a fair amount of time drooling over. Their clothing and purse/bag selection is also fairly diverse for such a small store. How often do you find a store inside of a mall that isn't a major chain? I think it might be one of the only ones in Southgate Mall. Sure, there's something to be said for consistency across the malls of Canada (where can't I find a Spring or an Aldo?), but it's such an awesome surprise to find something like this in a mall like that.
The clothes here are gorgeous, with unique details and careful construction. The price is right, too.

This store carries girls bags, wallets, purses and clothes. I went here to buy a gift and they had what I was looking for so I can't complain.
The store isn't over packed with stuff but it's got enough items to keep people happy I guess. It was surprisingly busy and the staff was really great, they helped me find what I was looking for.

I was walking around Southgate Shopping Center and as I passed this store called Groove Stone I stopped dead in my tracks (I almost caused a collision!). The store was crazy busy! I had to see what all the fuss was about. This was a cute little store that sold some clothes; which were great. I took a look though the one section they had for clothes and there were some really cute items that I would have loved to take home with me if they only had my size. I think they just had a lot of smaller sizes left because of a really great sale that was going on.

It is a locally owned accessory shop that carries Canadian, International, and independent designers.
I like shopping at Groove Stone because their merchandise is different. Their purses are beyond awesome - I wish I could buy them all! Most importantly, they are unique.
There is also some clothing in Groove Stone and it very funky stuff! it's a lot of fun though!

This is my kinda shop. A) Because it's not a major chain; B) because it sells trendy Canadian fashions and other top international ones; and C) because their stuff isn't outragiously priced. You can find stuff by Canuck designers. Their main thing is purses and handbags, but they also have some clothing, jewelry and accessories. I love the Matt & Nat stuff, they carry Bauxo jewelry which is super funky and cool, and other lines include Industry, Gentle Fawn, Mimi & Marge and Pyrrha. I bought a cute leather wallet and the sales clerks were very friendly and helpful, taking joy
