Adam Marzec, president of the company, has completed the training course at the American Home Inspectors Training Institute in Wisconsin and earned that institute's certification and full membership status. Home Proof Inspections is since 2001 and Incorporated in 2004 with Adam Marzec as a president and chairman.
The report will be a professional opinion, based on the accessible, visible components and systems of the building. We evaluate the current physical condition; we do not perform a design analysis. We visually review the performance, looking for evidence of distress. It should be understood that there are limitations to such an inspection.

We were so lucky to have the pleasure of Adam and his son Oliver do the inspection on a property we purchased. They were professional, courteous and thorough. It was because of them we found out the property we purchased was in terrible shape and they saved us a ton of money in repairs/damages because we had a condition on inspection! We will definitely be using them again and recommending them to all of our family and friends.
