Dr. Cheryl D'Costa, BPHE, ND graduated with a BPHE, Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from the University of Toronto. Medicine in 2003. Licensed and board certified to practice Naturopathic Medicine in the province of Ontario.

After successfully graduating from CCNM and completing her board certification examinations, Dr. Cheryl D'Costa, BPHE, ND, was selected by CCNM & RSNC (The Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic) as one of three Naturopathic Doctors to fill a Naturopathic Clinical Residency Program.

It challenges the organism to react and stimulates the inherent ability of the body to rid itself of the offender. It is the process of the body's attempt to heal itself that generates symptoms, which are in fact, the expression of the vital force attempting to heal itself.

Therefore the therapeutic actions of the physician are designed to facilitate the organisms' expressions, by supporting the system and treating the root cause, without the suppression of the body's self-regulating processes which could create a deeper illness if blocked.For true healing to unfold, we must cooperate with the healing forces of nature and support the system in a manner complimentary to the natural laws of healing.

Naturopathic Doctors, NDs, are trained as primary health care providers. Our educational training requires us to have a minimum of seven years post-secondary education, including three to four years of university pre-medical sciences accompanied by a subsequent successful completion of an accredited four-year naturopathic medical program.

Please note all fees are due upon rendering of services and for remedy costs same day as prescription. An official receipt is provided for you to submit to your insurance company for either Naturopathic or Acupuncture benefit reimbursement. A separate invoice is provided for remedy prescriptions for income tax health credits.

Dr. Cheryl D'Costa, BPHE, ND is a licensed and certified Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine in Ontario and served as a Licensed Naturopathic Physician in BC (2006-2016). Naturopathic Doctors, NDs, are licensed as Primary Health Care Providers. We can diagnose and treat from both an Eastern and Western perspective.
