It doesn't seem like they need any more 5 star reviews but it is very deserved. They are not only one of the most respected law firms for real estate investors but also for real estate in general. Between their amazing lawyers and all-star paralegals and staff, you have a company that continually sets a high bar and delivers great service to everyone who has the pleasure to work with them.

I've closed 10+ transactions with Avant Law firm and can say hands down they are THE BEST real estate law firm in new jersey. What I like about them is they are FAST,, communicative, and don't disappear. And when it comes time to get tough and pursue litigation they also helped me win at a crucial time. I couldn't imagine working with any other law firm for my real estate deals than the Avant Law Firm. They are some of the hardest working and dedicated individuals in the business. They closed over 400 deals last year, and somehow they make you feel like their spending 100% of their time on yours. I've called Casey numerous times at all hours, even on Sundays, and it's never a problem. Always want them on my side of the transaction ...YES...they're that good!!!
