Paid 8000 dollars for Invisalign and two years later, it wasn't fixed . Still have a gap on the lower left and and I'm embarrassed to smile. Now all of a sudden , I have to pay an additional 1500 for service they should have done with the initial 8k . Like shave my tooth so the gap closes properly , and now I'm stuck with metal braces. did I mention the rude receptionist who was very rude too my ethnic wife or the sub par technicians who want even install braces properly ???? . They are lucky I can't give them less than 1 star

Two years ago I finished with Invisalign's with Verve Orthodontics. Being an older person I was reluctant to get Invisalign's at first but I'm glad I did. Dr. Major and his staff have been wonderful. Yesterday I broke my bottom retainer and first thing this morning I called. I was asked to come in within 90 minutes. The staff and Dr. Major were most helpful with my situation and offered solutions.
I am recommending Verve Orthodontics to my family and friends.

Brought both of my teens in for an assessment. The office staff greeted us as soon as we walked through the door. Welcoming is the word I would use for the staff as well as the decor. Thought has gone into the design of the waiting room with comfort of both adults and pediatric patients in mind. The lighting was soft enough for my light sensitive teens. From the receptionist to the accounts clerk, case manager and orthodontist: my teens said they felt like they mattered and were included in the consultation as well as respected as individuals during the x-rays and exams all the way through to the

Thanks to Verve Orthodontics for taking great care of our children's smiles. Our daughter is super thrilled with her new braces and the results we're all seeing are pretty impressive...our son is counting down the days until it's his turn for braces! Visits to your office are always fun. We love the one touch sign in, beverage centre and that fooseball table! The Verve team is super knowledgable, friendly and fun!
