I recently purchased a floral arrangement for delivery to my daughter on her 40th Birthday. I was disappointed when there was a glitch in the delivery schedule. I contacted the Manager and she was gracious, understanding and went way above my expectations to resolve the issue. I would not hesitate to order from this local business for my future floral needs.

Ordered.the springtime serenade supersized to surprise my wife. Called the day of delivery to see what time it was scheduled to be there. Was told they didnt have lillies (her favourite and best part of that arrangement) and that they were adding chocolates and mini bell flowers to make it up. I should have asked for a refund right there but gave them the benefit of the doubt even though if i hadnt called i never would have known. The chocolates were horrible and had the white spots you get when chocolates were old. The bouquet was small and mostly filler compared to the picture of a vibrant bpuquet

UPDATE. 2 weeks have gone by with not so much as a peep from Blossom Shop. No receipt or contact for wrong arrangement. You had no problem taking my money. You probably don't read these reviews or maybe they go wherever your emails go.
A week ago Tuesday I ordered a bright spring bouquet to be delivered for Thursday. 2 hours later, I received a call thanking me for the flowers. I called the shop for clarification since she told me she was to busy and Thursday would work, this was to be birthday surprise. She said she was sorry, she miss read her hand writing. Waited for my emailed receipt, nothing

Did not get what I ordered at all. One of the bouquets was beautiful however the other that I paid for did not reflect what was ordered in any way, the colors were different and there were no lilies. Posted a picture of what I ordered versus what came. Very very disappointed considering the price. I could have gotten the same exact arrangement at the grocery store for 12$. Pink and purple flowers vs. The orange and red fall arrangement I ordered. Daisies do not substitute lilies.
