GFSI: FSSC 22000:2018 is one of the highest international standards developed for the certification of Food Safety Management Systems for food manufacturers throughout the world.

Our Signature Custard Desserts are the ideal finale to any meal or a wonderful accompaniment to an afternoon coffee or tea. We combine the best ingredients to create our signature creamy, smooth vanilla custard which can be enjoyed in a number of ways.
For our Napolean Squares, we've combined the richness of real 35% whipping cream with our signature custard sandwiched between three layers of flaky pastry, and finished off with glossy, white icing and chocolate drizzle.In our Vanilla Custard squares, it is sandwiched between layers of individually handmade, light and flaky puff pastry, then finished with either a soft dusting of icing sugar or a touch of smooth icing and chocolate drizzle.
