Dr. Raman Thind-Gill was born and raised in Edmonton. She was enrolled in her Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta, when she pursued her passion in optometry and graduated from Aston University (UK) with a BSc (Hons) MC Optom. Upon her return to Canada, Dr. Thind-Gill graduated from the University of Waterloo's International Optometric Bridging Program.

Dr. Shelly Dhaliwal made our eye appointment comforting. She was cool and the environment at the clinic is totally laid back yet professional. The ladies at the front also very welcoming. This was the kids first eye check up ever and the kids loved it. They didn't feel overwhelmed or nervous like they usually are when it comes to a new environment. I would recommend this office. I had a toddler who started to get a red eye. I called Eye C U optometry and Dr. Taneja was able to see me the same day to check my child’s eye. She prescribed anti booties that cleared up the pink eye and the next week I decided to book all 3 of my children for their regular eye exams. Dr. Shelly Taneja was very professional and excellent with my children. They were learning about the eye and loving their experience; leaving my children with a positive impression and fearless of visiting the eye doctor.

I highly recommend Dr. Shelly Taneja-Dhaliwal and her practice. She is wonderful with clients of all ages and provides a comfortable friendly environment for you to get the care that you need. I love that she uses her social media platform to educate people on how to manage various eye health issues. Her dedication to her practice shows. She is warm, friendly and an expert in her field. Her office provides multi-lingual services which makes it very easy to send your parents and know that they will be in good hands. Can't say enough good things about EYE CU Optometry. Definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service in person & on phone. Initially went there for eyeglass prescriptions. The Optometrist recommended I look into their glasses collection too (they have quality fashion brand glasses like Tiffany & Co; Gucci, etc. and cheaper options too).
Found a glasses I liked. Got a discount too! The wait time to get your glasses isn't too long. Got my glasses today. I love it. Highly recommend Eye CU Optometry.
