Selina was extremely helpful in helping me select a special surprise 10th wedding anniversary gift for my wife. We had purchased several items at over the years and we really enjoyed the styles. Due to the current social distancing, we did it all virtually with Selina sending me various designs and options. We narrowed it down to a few and had very good discussions about each one, with Selina providing advice on each. Everyone at the Stittgen team makes designing your dream jewelry a reality. On our vacation to Vancouver from Ontario my fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Selina to design a ring that was perfect for us. From start to finish Stittgen was able to make the process seamless and exciting. My fiancé coordinated the design specifics of the ring with Selina despite being across province which could have led to issues, but Selina provided the same level of fantastic service as she would have in person. Selina and Karen were amazing in sourcing, designing and crafting my vision of our engagement ring! Stittgen were the only shop in town that managed to find the rough diamond I wanted; Selina deftly guided the stone through customs hoops and getting lost in the mail. Karen and Selina were both massively helpful in designing the ring as I was entirely new to jewelry. Because of delays getting the stone, Karen was under the gun to meet my preferred pick-up date and she really came through.
