I'm a repeat customer at Palladio, having bought a higher end watch there a couple of years ago. I was served by the lovely Dorothy who is sadly now retired.
Recently my wife and I were shopping for a beautiful ring for her to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We visited many higher end jewelry stores in Vancouver to get an idea on what's available locally on the market.
At Palladio we came across a ring we were interested in but we wanted some changes made to it, and a different diamond. We were still homing in on the type of ring and wanted to take a picture to ask the opinion of friends

I'll start by saying that Jason and his staff are quite exceptional.
Visiting the store one time, I was with Jason, looking at some timepieces in a catalogue. One of his staff members heard us talking about a particular piece, which was out of stock at the time. Since he owned and was wearing that model, he came over and let me try his on, to get a feel for it. Amazing!
When I returned some time afterwards when one of the models was in stock, the staff were once again very professional. Jason took plenty of time to go through things with me before I made my purchase.
He also showed me around

This jewelry store is an excellent source for gifts to wives. I recently bought a custom made pendant and matching earrings there and my wife was over the moon. I worked with Jason, who had excellent input on which stone to use as well as the perfect chain and mounting. I am not an expert at buying jewelry but Jason's knowledge really put me at ease with the purchase. 10 out of 10 for Palladio's.

I’ve wanted a cluster ring with my daughters’ birthstones for about 15 years. We approached Palladio about their custom work. I now have a beautiful ring with a diamond, opal, and moonstone in white gold that is absolutely perfect for me!
