Orders over $500 are shipped via FedEx Overnight shipping. Orders shipped to rural, remote or areas without FedEx service will be shipped using alternative shipping agencies. I had an amazing experience with my recent order. I had placed my order online and was contacted the next day by Parisa to let me know the delivery time could be over a month since the item was not in stock. I needed the item sooner so she took the time to send me multiple suggestions of other styles that were in stock. Her service was quick and the communication was clear. To me the this service was exceptional. I work in a service industry so I feel that I can honestly say that she went above and beyond. I've been a client there since the mid-80s. I've had rings made and repaired, bought different diamond pieces and have never been disappointed. In recent years I've dealt with Christian F mostly, but everyone who works there is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and very professional.

I cannot stress enough how fantastic our experience was with Peter at Harling's! I had unfortunately lost my wedding rings (purchased elsewhere years ago) and was looking to replace at least my engagement ring. Was very straightforward to make an appointment when I was back in town, very good response of emails from the entire team. I must admit choosing an engagement ring (even a replacement one!) is harder than it looks and Peter was so patient and guided us through our options, starting broad and narrowing things down. I did about six months of research before purchasing an engagement ring from Harlings Jewelry. I looked at numerous stores online and other local diamond stores around Vancouver. When my husband lost my wedding and engagement rings my insurance company recommended I go to Harling's to have my rings remade as I could no longer purchase my engagement ring. I am so happy I went with the insurance company's advice. I couldn't be happier with my rings...they took my original and made it better. Both rings turned out so perfect and beautiful. Harling's has an incredibly beautiful showroom, which can come off as a bit overwhelming to people without much experience with jewelry such as myself. Fortunately, their staff are very friendly and professional to meet your needs.
I had a great experience with Paolo, first purchasing an engagement ring and later a wedding band. He did an excellent job narrowing down some options, and providing some ideas about what can be possible with a custom ring produced by their goldsmith. The staff were very friendly. Everyone welcomed me with a smile and made a point to learn my name. They offered me a nice glass of wine which further increased how lovely this visit was. My appointment with Katie was lovely. She was professional, well spoken and well versed in the different types of jewelry they offered at this store. I ended up choosing a lovely set of Tacori earrings (similar to the ones Katie was actually wearing that day) as they were so lovely. I would highly recommend this store and the gemologist Katie as she was very wonderful to me.

I went in to Harling's to have an emerald ring redesigned. I wasn't certain what I wanted which made the task more difficult. Katie Lai worked with me to look at options and come up with a design that I was really happy with. Katie was excellent! I needed the ring in time for an upcoming event and they worked hard to make sure I had it. All in all, a very positive experience! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Harling's and Katie to anyone.

We had a pretty devastating loss of some of our jewellery, and our insurance company directed us to Harling's as their jeweler of choice. I have to admit it was a bit overwhelming at first, but Peter was a real treat to deal with. I've purchased several items from Harling's and the jewelry is gorgeous but the level of customer service has been even better. If you are looking for Tacori jewelry this is truly the place to go in Vancouver, but they have other great designers as well and can do custom designs. Plus, if you're a guy going jewelry shopping you have to check out their beer fridge!

Dino at Harlings worked with my fiancé to custom design the most beautiful ring for our engagement. He went over and above to make sure that it was absolutely perfect. The quality is amazing and the advice and guidance he gave my fiancé during the process was perfection. Purchased my engagement ring from Harlings. Staff was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was extremely indecisive on what ring I wanted to purchase and they were very courteous and patient with me. I must've visited them 8-10 times before actually deciding to make a purchase.
Also, my fiance had a few issues with her ring (such as: main diamond coming loose, minor scuffs, etc) and Harlings serviced the ring no questions asked at their own cost.

Well my experience with Harling's Jewellers was really awful. If you are in need of belittling and being treated like garbage then certainly this is the place to visit.
I visited Harlings with my fiance about a month ago to look at Tacori engagement rings as my fiance really wanted a Tacori. We did not have an appointment and wanted to what the selection would be like.
We were greeted by a friendly person on the intercom but when we went inside Jennifer treated us like garbage. Granted we did not have an appointment and we weren't dressed up or anything but wow... just the poor level

I do not recommend Harlings. The store, despite the nice looking showroom, is below-average once you start working with them at a detailed level. They kind of reminded us of used car salesmen.
Staff have worked here a while but seemingly, have picked up very little knowledge along the way (about Tacori or anything else). Harlings is a family owned business since 1964. They have three locations - Vancouver, Surrey and Victoria. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, fun, and friendly. I didn't feel pressured at all or feel uneasy walking around the store. They treated everyone equally with full attention and care to what customers needed. They can find that stone you want and custom make any jewelry you dream up.
The Downtown location could be a bit tricky to find as you have to enter the building and go up to the second floor. You have to ring the bell for them to unlock the door and let you in once
