I have wanted to buy, or get, a ring made for years. I finally decided to make the move and after some research, came across Diamond Deals through, of all places, google reviews. We met Sandy downtown and immediately felt comfortable with her. THE place to go! My husband surprised me & took me here where we met Sandy, she's the best!
She helped us custom design my ring based on one I loved from a well known high-end jewelry store. We also purchased our bands here, including a custom band. This is our family's second time using Diamond Deals and we are always impressed with their service. My fiancé had zero knowledge of diamonds until he met Sandy. He gave her a budget and the photos of what he wanted and she was able to deliver. Sandy was well knowledge and helped my fiancé understand the quality of a diamond. She provided excellent service and we can't wait to go back to her for our wedding bands! and of course, I LOVE MY RING! it shines so bright, the cut, clarity and colour truly is top notch :)

everything is by appt= lower overhead = better prices for the customer
only thing that sticklers might not like is that some diamonds are not certified by GIA but by EGL.
Which- in the grand scheme of things, doesn't make a huge difference- they're different labs, with different standards.
At the end of the day though- you're not going to remember the 5 C's and compare the 5 C's with someone else's ring.
People remember how they feel and what the diamond looks like instead of all the

I started a little late on the ring but I am glad I found Diamond Deals right away.The prices are competitive and I've always done my homework and research. I strongly believe that Diamond deals, is one of the better places to shop.
I primarily dealt with Sandy and she was amazing, very helpful and tentative. Once Sandy got an idea of what we wanted, she was quick and got the ring done. I went to Diamond Deals after visiting a few other diamond brokers in Vancouver. I dealt with Major Olk and found him to be very friendly and professional. He brought in 3 diamonds for me to look at so I could choose the one I liked best. No other brokers offered to do that. I found the perfect diamond at the best price! They even do custom work, which they did for me, and the ring was perfect, exactly like the picture I brought in. Both Major and Sandy were friendly and helped me pick a ring within my parameters/budget, and weren't pushy either way. I didn't feel the same 'hovering' that I felt at a mall-diamond retailer -- I got ambushed everywhere else I went. Here, we set an appointment and had a conversation about what I had in mind (rather than being sold right off the bat). Super easy. The downtown location was small but convenient -- the surrey location less so for me, but at had more selection and at least you had options.

I have been purchasing diamonds from Sandy for several years, never have had any problems. They have really competitive prices but also provide custom work so my engagement ring was unique. I had to get my ring resized twice before it would fit. Sandy was really patient and service has been impeccable.
I have referred a number of friends and they have all said the prices are better than other places and you end up with a quality diamond.
