These evaluations are NOT an inspection, but take less time and the savings can be passed on to you. All major components will be visually examined as in our regular inspections, but no formal report or photographs will be generated. This is a verbal examination and only a checklist is provided. The client is strongly encouraged to bring a camera and take notes.

An absolutely honest & professional business. I had the pleasure of calling and speaking with an individual from Elementary last evening about mould concerns. I thought for sure I'd get the voicemail, but lo and behold a real person answered and was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my questions. I received expert advice and felt like they actually cared, all the while they didn't try to take advantage of the situation. They advised that I didn't need a service that I thought I did and that they did not want to take my money for no reason.

I was not very enthusiastic about getting a home inspection. However, our experience with Elementary turned out to be not only informative but actually quite enjoyable. Eric was great in assisting us with asbestos testing of a fixer upper that we bought and also assisted us in air quality testing.
