Inspecting commercial buildings and homes using a thermal imaging camera is a powerful and noninvasive means of monitoring and diagnosing the condition of buildings. Thermal imaging technology has become one of the most valuable diagnostic tools for building inspections. A thermal imaging camera can identify problems early, allowing them to be documented and corrected before becoming more serious and more costly to repair.

I can't say enough about Paul at RHI. I actually met him when he was working with the "other side" - a buyer for one of my listings. That deal didn't come together because of his expertise for that buyer, and I had to respect the way he handled the situation! LOL
He is always super patient with the clients, thorough beyond belief, and balanced… with his assessments. He never scares people unnecessarily, but he catches whatever they need to see. He's also tech-savvy and sends e-reports that are very interactive and helpful in creating to-do lists. Definitely worth a call, and always worth

Paul from RHI was fantastic. He helped give us an informative inspection with our first home purchase. The quick report gave us confidence in his professionalism and attention to detail. Not only did he identify things we would never have thought of, but he took time to explain to us things we were unsure about. He was able to accommodate our schedule, especially with our quick closing, which was super important. Thank you!!
