I hired George to do a home inspection on my first home. He was very professional and helpful. Not only did he point out things that need fixing, he went above and beyond with recommendations of how to fix them, even sending me pictures of a relevant product he saw in a store. He also took the time to show me things I would have had trouble finding myself such as water shutoff location and how to adjust the temperature on the hot water tank. Thank you for your help and valuable tips!

I would 100% recommend George and his team at home suite home inspections. We were first time home buyers with little to no clue what we were doing. We bought the house, no conditions... because, what else are you gonna do.....after we took possession we found some concerning issues and decided to get a "post purchase inspection" with George to see if there was anything our untrained eyes missed. He took the time to educate us on all the little things that comes with owning an older home as well as the normal inspection report. The education alone was well worth the price.

The inspectors came on the scheduled time, briefed me on the steps of the process and gave me complete clarity on what to anticipate in the final report.
They started the home inspection from outside of the house. Once they were done, they would ask me to join and patiently explain each observation and take the time to answer all my questions. They followed the same process for the inside of the house as well.
It’s the small things that made the experience memorable. In the report provided, they add details of what product to use to fix

I promise, whatever concerns or doubts you have about a home, George will be right there to answer and guide you. He is amazing. I can't thank him enough for inspecting my home today and giving me the peace of mind that I needed to firm up my deal. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and so easy to talk to. Ian’s home inspection service was EXTREMELY thorough and he is so knowledgeable. As first time home buyers, Ian made us feel very confident in the expenses we should expect over the next five years should we buy the house. It was a very informative experience, and we left with a 35-page report outlining major and minor concerns (as well as lots of pictures by email). Ian is clearly passionate about his work.
