Great experience & service!
When we moved in, we didn't expect to have a incredibly irritable and unfriendly neighbor. The actions of said occupant were boarder line harassment and super unwelcoming. DPM was nothing but supportive, understanding, and solution oriented throughout the entire experience (Helped us manage communications between said occupant, Strata Council, and the Strata management company). In terms of the unit, they were responsive and always ensured our concerns were taken care of in an efficient manner. We couldn't be more appreciative of the support we received from Jason,

DPM were responsible for finding renters, overseeing the tenancy, working with me over the sale of the property, working with the renters to ensure they were supported and working with me to make sure the home was ready for the new owners. Very pleased with all aspects of the support.

We have lived overseas since 1988 and engaged DPM services to look after our house in 2012 as we had a bad experience with rogue tenant and managing ourselves from afar.
Since we used DPM we have nothing but the highest praise for Jason, Phillip & Sally at DPM. They were all professional & responsive at ALL times and have nothing but highest of praise for them.
Moreover, we sadly sold our house in April'20 as we had not visited since 2009 and amid Covid19 - once again DPM (Jason, Phillip & Sally) came thru with flying colours.

As a tenant of DPM for over 5 years, I highly recommend the company. The entire team is great, and they've always responded quickly and courteously to any issues that came up in the suite and in the building. And, they went above and beyond to help me out of a pickle when I lost my keys, which happened outside of their business hours. Have only positive things to say about my experience :)

I am an owner of one unit in a townhouse complex which is managed by DPM Gerardo / Joleen team. I am really impressed by their prompt response and following up until issues are rectified timely. The way they handled the problem was very organized and professional. DPM has managed our diverse strata for some years, and we have had an overwhelmingly positive experience with them. They have been extremely courteous, fast, and effective in dealing with both routine and crisis items. Gerardo, with whom we work directly, is outstanding. As council president I would highly recommend DPM to any strata that wants to enhance its efficiency and reduce the workload on membership. Dennison Property Management is a team of extremely unprofessional, rude and aggressive. I lived in a property they managed for 8 years and they tried everything they could in the end to get me to leave their property so they could raise the rent. I spoke to them about wanting to stay and understanding they would need to raise the rent and was willing to work with them but they would not consider anything. I was a respectful and clean tenant who took very good care of the property regardless of their inability to fix things property or on time. They also did respond to "emergency" calls afterhours

DPM is a peculiar family owned business.
The company is owned by a senior lady called Jane Dennison who is a former rental agent with no previous Strata Management experience and her accountant partner Patrick Shannon and their former chef son Jason.
If you are self managed and only want accounting services for your building they are actually pretty good. However when it comes to the actual management of the property they have no knowledge of Strata management.
There is a tremendous turnover of staff in the company and they actually have lost some really good ones over the past year.This constant

My experience with Dennison Property Management has been a very positive one. I am the council president for a building in North Vancouver managed by Dennison Property Management. We were a self managed building and since switching to Dennison we have had nothing, but positive interactions with them. Their rates are inexpensive compared to the other 6 companies we inquired with and their service is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. DPM has been nothing less than exceptional as our property manager since we bought into our townhome at Parkgate.
DPM is very professional, responsed in a timely manner to all our property issues. We greatly appreciate the advance notices of any work to be done on our property so that we could adjust accordingly.
