Was looking to rent long term in Coal Harbour or WestEnd. First attempt I sent an email request and no response. A week later called and was transferred to Jacy who was short and rushed. Made another attempt 2 days later and was transferred to Jacy again. Both times he was outright rude. I do not under how this representative behaves this way with a person who is providing revenue to the company. Obviously he is not the owner or he would not related to prospective clients this way. I will not be doing any business with this establishment anytime in the future. Nor ever. If there was a negative

I just move to Vancouver B.C. and it was hard for me to find an apartment, until I found Bruce Ward Realty, they make my renting experience so easy, fast, profesional and friendly.

Rented from Bruce Ward many times and it was always a pleasure. Alexandra was especially friendly and courteous, can't say enough good about her. Jacy though, completely ghosted us on a leased rental prospect despite emails inquiring about the status, which I found to be extremely unprofessional. My friend who viewed the apartment said he seemed very snooty. It's too bad, because we really wanted to lease with Bruce Ward due to the good history, but because of Jacy, we eventually went with a company called Rent-It-Furnished and got a leased, gorgeous 1500-square-foot condo leased place

I've lived in major cities around the world, and Bruce Ward Realty has the best apartment management I've experienced. Maintenance at the Marinaside Crescent building is prompt and thorough, and the common areas and exterior are always spotless. The gym, pool and sauna are great, too, and there is 24/7 security and a concierge. I highly recommend Bruce Ward if you're looking for quality rentals in Vancouver.

We've rented from Bruce Ward for 3 years and find them to be the best management we've experienced.
Jacy is always communicative and respectful of your time. Maintenance and repairs are prompt and thorough. What's more, the Marinaside Crescent building where we've rented, is professionally cleaned regularly, including the exterior windows.
In short, if you want a well-kept rental property, Bruce Ward is top-notch.

We lived for three years in two properties managed by Bruce Ward Realty (both furnished and unfurnished). They have a great portfolio of "hidden gems" that are reasonably priced, but you have to find these gems, as their website is pretty mediocre and not always up-to-date.
Jacy on the Unfurnished side is nice to deal with, but he can sometimes be a bit disorganized. He is still reliable and looks also after tenant's interest. Lynn on the Furnished side is a delightful and colourful personality, to say the least. She's lots of fun and can be trusted.

I use Bruce Ward Realty to manage two apartments I own while I am away from Vancouver. They have always provided reliable service and have managed the properties well.
I especially appreciate how Bruce Ward keeps on top of issues that arise, such as directions from strata council and AGM's thus providing a truly hands off service for me. This is extremely important for non-resident owners living overseas. They really take care of the day-to-day business required by a landlord.
I plan on staying with them for the foreseeable future.

Alarmingly poor communicators, especially when owner finds problem with unit entrusted to BWR's care. Rather than discussing, chooses to get legalistic and quit, thus abandoning all responsibilities. Poor follow-through, especially when unit is considered by BWR no longer a premium property. Condition of unit is returned in worse shape than to be expected, due to perhaps lack of care, inattention, or just incompetent maintenance manager. BWR was good to work with for the first year or so, but look out for warning signs.
